To conduct a Consumer Behavior Analysis for the Coffee Brand "La Cuppa". It should include Consumer Profile, Consumer Journey Map, Pain points & Suggestions for future.
Our group conducted comprehensive Primary and Secondary Research to understand the consumers. We identified pain points by researching the brand and analyzing its website & social media accounts. Based on the research conducted we identified a probable consumer profile and consumer journey map for the brand. We concluded the presentation by highlighting what the brand could do in near future.
